An atelier, not a storefront.

I work in a small studio, usually in the late afternoon, when the light is less eager to prove itself. Most days begin with looking: at cloth, at weather, at whatever has been left on the table overnight.

The paintings are slow. Acrylics and oils on canvas, built in thin layers until the colour feels like a place rather than a picture. Prints follow the same pictures — giclée on museum paper or canvas — so a work can live in more than one home without becoming a poster.
